Emmy Award-winner Todd MacIntosh is the Program Director of the Make-up department. He has been nominated many times for his outstanding make-up work in film and television. His credits include City Slickers with Billy Crystal, Look Who’s Talking with John Travolta and Kirstie Alley, the Brady Bunch movies, and the hit series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Michelle Pedersen, Make-up Director and Instructor, was nominated for a Gemini Award for Outstanding Make-up for The New Addams Family television series.
Our instructors and graduates have extensive credits including such feature films as I Robot, Scooby Doo 2, X2- X Men Unites, the Scary Movie, Harry Potter trilogies, Quills, A Knight’s Tale, Moulin Rouge, Double Jeopardy, Romeo Must Die and The Sixth Day, and television shows such as Stargate SG-1, The X-files, and Outer Limits. Their make-up designs have been featured in Australian Vogue, American Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and W, and they have worked for distinguished international make-up companies such as MAC, Urban Decay, Stila, Smashbox, Yves St. Laurent Cosmetics, Chanel, Shiseido, Versace, Christian Dior, Calvin Klein, Estee Lauder, and Bobbi Brown.
