The Nail Parlour Nail Pro program is a successful integration of high-touch with high-tech. The Blanche Macdonald Centre has provided educational leadership and mentoring for the Esthetics and Nail industry for over forty years. The program content, structure and delivery is continually developed and enhanced to incorporate changing industry demands and needs, new technological development, product knowledge and dynamic new modalities and treatments.
There are many core competencies in your professional Nail training. Building on a strong foundation of basic anatomy and physiology, you will gain a substantive knowledge of current natural and artificial nail techniques, treatments, equipment and products. You will be taught to uphold high standards of professional presentation, conduct, and hygiene. You will develop an extensive practical service menu of manicures, pedicures, specialty nail treatments, acrylic nails, gel nails and nail art.
This specialized knowledge is enhanced with instruction in effective client communication and retailing fundamentals, entrepreneurial studies, industry networking opportunities and guidance in industry specific career development.
Our team of instructors and Program Director are actively involved in your learning experience while at the Centre and offer continued support and mentorship upon graduation.
